It has been the first construction site in the new industrial park "Airpark" in Rostock-Laage and is still a show piece in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania : the new construction of the big print office ADAM Nord GmbH. After the building concept of the Nething-Generalplaner (NGP) Ulm/Neu-Ulm GmbH, an architectural gem had arosen in only 6 month construction time. Today the habitat in Rostock of the ADAM Kommunikation und Druck GmbH from Bruchsal is a workplace for further 100 employees in print office and administration. The ADAM company – and project management had developed together with the furnishing company Brunkow in Waren, which had been responsible for the interior fitting, and the manufacturer of office furniture WINI in Lower Saxony a furnishing concept which supports a flexible way of working and lifts motivation and internal communication.
