In July 2009, roughly 200 members of staff at Aareon AG in Mainz moved out of their three previous company locations into their new headquarters at Mainzer Kisselberg.
Spread over more than 9,000 m², the consultancy company in the real estate sector presents itself with a modern architecture concept, with open, transparent room structures, a parent-child office, attractive communication corners, and, in addition, sustainable energy provision through the use of geothermal energy. The building, whose architectural concept originates from the Main architects’ office of Mann + Schneberger, is suffused with light. Its interior was designed by Andernach + Partner, interior designers, and it is here that you can find modern workplaces, technically and visually speaking, which on the one hand reflect the company’s corporate identity, and on the other hand create a comfortable atmosphere for the Aareon staff.
In order to promote communication and transparency among the employees, the company puts the emphasis on an “open space” concept: furnished with double workplaces and concentration rooms next door with fully-equipped single workplaces, numerous team and meeting rooms, and also central communication meeting points on every floor.
